Yesterday (17th May):
First day of class. Maths 171. I can't find where the fuck room 12.8 is....hehehee...got lost.. :p...so I had to ask some of the senior students..lol. There were lots of students hanging around the hallway, putting their stuff in the locker, talking wit their friends, fooling around waiting for class to start. The environment was kinda like in an american high school/college. Finally, room 12.8. There were not many students in the maths class. Only 15....aaand...there were only 3 girls! I was like.."huh?".lol. Then I got to know this guy, Raja. He was sitting in front of me. We talked abit. He told me that he's majoring in engineering. Then the lecturer came in. He introduced himself. Explained a lil' bit about the subjects tht we're gonna learn, what book to buy, bla bla bla...I can't believe the first subject we're gonna do is fucking CALCULUS!!!...Calculus is the hardest maths subject of all...I liked it in secondary skool..but I fucking sucked at it... Then, he explained about the diff between the Malaysian education system and the American education system, how's it like to study in the US, the costs, the friendly ppl, and all that. He seemed nice, made a lot of jokes, not boring...lol(I always thought college lecturers were like serious, strict and stuff..lol.. :p). The class ended at 10.15am...Raja and I chatted on the way to the elevator. He seemed like a nice guy. Then, I went to a cafe and bought a can of iced lemon tea. While waiting for my mom, I was thinking,"Wow, I'm a freshman now. Can't believe it. Time really flies fast. One moment I was in primary school, running around,playing wit my friends, and now, I'm in college."...lol...well..uhh..time for bed..lol..
I couldn't post it yesterday..so, post it today...whatever....
